​Participation in the Community of Salon Integrity is on the Everything DiSC® on the Catalyst platform. It is completely voluntary. You can share your actionable insights with others or keep them private anytime. The choice to share and connect with others is up to you.
FAQ'S
Will others in this network be able to see my personal assessment? No. Only insights into how to work better with you based on your personality traits (and theirs) will be shared for actionable collaboration. (You will see more of this in training)

Is this network available to anyone who has already done a Disc assessment? No. The COSI* on Catalyst® is specifically designed by KaiNetic LLC as an Authorized partner of Everything DiSC®. There are many different Disc assessments out there however, Wiley Everything DiSC® is the original AKA Classic DiSC® and the one I work with. There is one exception for those who have specifically taken the Everything DiSC® assessment. Contact us to learn more.
If I choose to no longer be a member of COSI or want to leave it, do I lose my assessment and access to the Catalyst platform? No. Your assessment and the Catalyst platform are yours for as long as you want them. Simply contact KaiNetic, and we will remove you from the network. You can also choose to stay in the network group and simply hide your profile from others.​​
