Culture & Employee Engagement Cohort 

This three-month cohort consulting program will develop interpersonal and communication skills that reduce misunderstandings and increase engagement.  This results in mental well-being and a healthy work culture.

What is disengagement

Disengaged employees often present as difficult employee(s).  Others will keep to themselves, leading you to believe they are fine when they are actually withdrawing.  Rarely do companies see how they allow a culture that fosters disengagement and fail to prioritize help in developing a mentally and socially well-balanced environment. 

 

 One in every two workers has quit their job, in part, to get away from their manager.

Culture Onboarding is designed for your direct reports.  It is a 1/2 day of training.

Successful Management training with Culture Onboarding (3 Days/weeks).  At least two leadership people in your company must do the CER development program.

Employee Engagement Consulting Deliverables

  • Minimum 1 Manager (General Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leaders, Supervisors) 

    • ​Employee Connection & Development (Workplace personality assessment) ​

    • 9.5 hrs of developmental training total

    • Lifetime access to the online Catalyst resource & development tool

  • Direct Reports (minimum 3, max open per location - space permitting)

Two Months of Consulting (2 months to begin after program onboarding)
 

  • A monthly workshop of up to 2 hrs. (Zoom or in-person)

  • Group discussions with other leadership

  • 10 hrs a month consulting to include such things as:

    • Meeting sit-in's​

    • 1 on 1 coaching (Managers or direct reports)

    • Support management in understanding & applying people tools to achieve effectiveness and improve engagement

    • Support employee relation situations

    • Collaborate on workplace culture processes to develop proactive long-term interventions to address cultural issues

    • Assist in direct report development plans

    • ETC.

Why a cohort?  Most businesses have issues they want to be fixed in a single half-day workshop.  They fail at implementing lessons learned and won't invest in needed reinforcement consulting.  This is a big issue.  A cohort will set a predictable schedule with more than one company that lowers your investment and makes it more attainable for even small businesses.  â€‹
